I’ve never met a real alien before. And, of course, you have to believe everything that you hear on the internet.

I’m sure to other beings in the universe, we’d be aliens to them.

Love to hear more of your writing. I hope putting you with a bunch of writers makes you turn into real one. Writer that is. Not an alien.

I read your profile before I read your intro – GOODNESS I don’t know how you have time to be an alien with all the other stuff you do. Horses and dogs and chicken and foxes and some kind of garden sculpture something, and quilt making and drawing and painting, do you ever pause for breath?

Hey there, Jody! Fellow Institute of Children’s Lit alum here…from way back in the day, when my work arrived in the mailbox with blue pen marks on it. Not something I brag about to my young adult audience, but ICL gave me a good shove in the (very basic) right direction, at least! 😉
