First off I want to say big hats off to those who are working their butts off to making this project work. I think we have built a great group and I am excited to see what unfolds as we all work on this project together.

I agree with others who say a word count will be better than a page limit. The deadline I believe is rushed as well, especially for those who work other jobs as well. I agree with the January 2015 release.

Also, I agree on a place to have private conversations as well. I’m so glad we have people with technical skills who can get this all lined up. I am not familiar at all with organizing online chat or message boards.

As far as the title, I think we don’t want something that’s going to give the wrong impression. A title is a huge selling point. I’m still tossing around ideas on title.

I like the idea of adding Stephanie’s poems to break up the short stories!

Critiquing each other’s work will also be a great idea. Like many of you I may struggle finding 30 people to critique my work.

I hope I didn’t miss anything. I am so excited to see where we all go with this and read everyone’s stories. Once again, thank you so much James for stepping out there and getting this group together!
