Hi Michael! Nice to meet you!
I also have my book up on Story Cartel (“Daniel the Draw-er”, Children’s/MG fiction). Even though I’m a slow reader due to life, I’ll check yours out and [eventually] get a review up on Amazon.
Looking forward to learning with and from you!

Hi LoriMarie! I thought I’d popped in her already, but I was wrong!
I added you on Facebook (Jen Henderson), if you’d like to connect that way. If not, that’s okay, too.
Your book sounds fun. If you need a beta reader, you know where to find me… ๐

I’m so impressed by non-fiction writers because my brain doesn’t work like that at all. Congrats on your success!

Thanks, Lee.
I write the way I write, so I don’t have plans to change unless everything just falls to pieces. ๐ But I love to hear what others think about elements like this.

I agree that I don’t expect to read a third-person POV in present tense. And Gone Girl is a really good example, thanks for reminding me of that (we will not talk about the ending, though! I’m still mad! ๐ )

There are other crowdfunding options than just Kickstarter, I just don’t recall which ones are international.

Thanks, Lori! I’m glad you liked it. These stories don’t always come easily because it takes me a while to morph into a 9/10-year-old boy, but they’re so much fun to re-read. ๐
