Hi Katie,
I’m pleased to meet you.
You’ve added to my knowledge of Cardiff, which was based on what I’ve learned from watching “Doctor Who” and “Torchwood.”
I enjoyed reading about what you love and why you are here. thank you!

I’m really glad you’re back, Kate! And wow, you’ve been busy. In a happy and inspiring way, it sounds like.
I love the idea of a good book being like a good walk — always wondering what’s around the next corner.

Oh! It’s very nice to meet you, Katie. It sounds like you live in a fairy-tale. The Chronicles of Narnia were my favourite books as a child. Everything you’re doing sounds wonderful. I keep hearing about Sky Writers sounds like a great group. Congratulations on everything. You are where I want to be <3

Thanks, Lori!
I love where you live too, as I have relatives in Canada, in Ontario, as it happens! It’s a small world, isn’t it?
I guess the grass is always greener, so they say, and my life isn’t perfect. Thank goodness, for perfect stories make boring stories, right?
I’m looking forward to sharing stories with you!

Nice to meet you, Katie. I Googled Caerphilly, and the images I saw were beautiful. It seems you only need to look out your window for inspiration.
The experiences you gained since joining the course inspires me with my own quest as a writer. I look forward to learning from you and working with you throughout the course. ๐

Hi Katie,
Caerphilly does sound… magical! Anything similar to C. S. Lewis’ Narnia is a must-see on my list. Glad that you’ve achieved so much during your first time here at SCC and that your back for a second round.
Looking forward to learning from you and reading your work! ๐

Hi Katie! Great to be working with you. Oh, I can understand “stage fright” being in Theater for years and then sharing my stories. My heart is doubling its beats just knowing I’m going to have to do that…again! But that’s the whole point of what Joe has created with this great community.
As an offshoot, working with Sky Writers must be thrilling.
You’ve already painted a setting in my mind with your homeland that I wish I were in! Beautiful!
Looking forward to working with you,
Lee-

Stage fright – happens to the best of us. I hate public speaking, but that didn’t stop me from starting a writing group that does audio Skype calls.

Thanks, Lee.
I’m glad to be sharing this journey, with you. Don’t be daunted. We’re here to support each other.

Don’t forget a beautiful voice. I can read your writing anymore and hear it in your Welsh accent. I love it. Had to read it twice. Love that accent.
You are moving along so quickly! You’ve got a lot of determination. It is inspiring the way you tackle these challenges, and how well you’ve planned your next steps.
As a side note: If you want to know how to make links just remember the first letter of the alphabet. <tag href=”www.Link.com”>Katie’s Amazing Link.</tag>
Just replace ‘tag’ with ‘a’ and you have an Anchor tag. Href stands for Hypertext Reference.
